Most products have no minimum: one unit is a valid order, and you can mix any products in one basket. A few lines have a small minimum shown on the product page — most DERMAEL items start at 10 pieces (100 sheets for mask sheets).

Credit or debit card, or bank wire transfer (T/T), both at checkout. Card payment is processed through PayPal - no PayPal account is needed. Payment is in full at the time of order and we ship once it clears.

One, and it is automatic. Add 3 or more items from the catalogue — any mix of products — and 23% comes off those items at checkout. DERMAEL products are already priced at wholesale and are not included.

There is no code to enter, it cannot be combined with other offers, and shipping is always charged at cost.

Yes. Most products can be ordered as a single unit, so order one of anything you want to test and it ships like any other order. Lines with a small minimum, such as most DERMAEL items (10 pieces), are sampled at that minimum.

Catalogue products bought as samples are charged at their normal price and are not credited against a later order.

Yes. Enter your customer's delivery address at checkout and we ship the order directly to them from Busan by EMS. Duties follow the same rules as any order: prepaid for the US (DDP), paid by the recipient elsewhere (DAP).

1,000 boxes for our formula with your label. Changing the container or outer box is quoted separately, and general skincare starts at 5,000 units.

By EMS (Express Mail Service) from Busan, South Korea. Transit is typically 7 to 21 business days depending on destination.

Customs can add time that is outside our control, so we do not promise a delivery date.

United States — DDP.duty prepaid US import duty is prepaid by KINN and is already inside the price you see for US delivery. Nothing is collected from you on delivery. Shipping is charged separately by package weight at checkout.

Everywhere else — DAP. We arrange and pay the freight. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees in your country are yours.

Orders above 20 kg to the United States cannot be completed online, because there is no online rate that high. Send the product list and delivery address through the inquiry form and we will quote the freight.

We ship worldwide by EMS, and checkout will tell you immediately if a destination is not served.

Reselling is a separate question from clearing customs. Most markets require the product to be registered locally before it can be sold — CPNP plus an EU-based Responsible Person and local-language labelling in the European Union, and equivalent schemes elsewhere. That registration is arranged by you or your local agent, and we supply whichever manufacturer documents they ask for.

No. All sales are final and non-refundable, including where goods are delayed, held or rejected by customs in the destination country. Please check your own import rules before ordering.

No, at any stage and at any order size. Exact percentages are the formula, and the formula is what we manufacture. Where a concentration is a claim on the product it is stated on the product page.

No — market registration is done by you or an agent you appoint locally, because it is your market’s regulator and your licence to sell. We provide the documents your registration needs.

The full country-registration package per SKU — Free Sale Certificate, signed ingredient report, lab test report, label artwork, COA, ISO 22716 — is prepared for a committed first order under contract, scaled to the order volume per SKU. Every shipment also includes COA, MSDS and our ISO 22716 / GMP certificate as standard.

Yes, both. Private label puts your brand on a formula we already manufacture. OEM develops a new formula to your brief.

Both start the same way: fill in the inquiry form. It asks for the product, the volume, the packaging and the market.

The form is the only route in. Our production and lab team review every custom request from it, and a request that does not come through it is not something they can look at or quote.

1. Sample — formula and packaging are settled together. This is the long part.
2. Approval — your sign-off on the sample is what starts production.
3. Contract and 50% deposit.
4. Artwork — we send the die-cut file and you return your design. You supply the logo.
5. Production.
6. 50% balance before release.
7. Shipping, with the full document pack.

Sample revisions are included up to two rounds; you pay only the return shipping on those.

A standard cosmetic starts at 5,000 finished units.

On a first order the packaging runs at 10,000 containers and is paid for upfront. You fill 5,000 of them now, and the packaging for the other 5,000 stays with us and goes into your next order — so you never buy it twice. It is how a container run is priced, not ten thousand units of product.

Unit price and lead time move with the formula, the packaging and the volume. Those are settled from the inquiry form.

Yes. One customer, one formula — a formula we develop for you is never sold to anyone else, and that is built in rather than negotiated.

We do not grant territory, country or category exclusivity to anyone. Every buyer is supplied directly by the manufacturer on the same terms.
