Shipping Terms & Policy 

KINN INTERNATIONAL CO LTD ships under DAP
(Delivered At Place) terms, except for orders
delivered to the United States, which ship under
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

United States - DDP (Duties Paid)
Orders delivered to the United States are shipped
DDP. US import duties are prepaid by KINN
International at the time of shipment and are
already included in the product prices shown for
United States delivery. You will not be asked to
pay any duty, tax, or customs fee on delivery.
Shipping is charged separately at checkout,
based on package weight.

All Other Destinations - DAP
We arrange and pay for transportation to your
specified destination. All import duties, taxes,
customs clearance fees, and any related charges
at the destination country are strictly the
buyer's responsibility.

KINN International is not liable for any delays,
additional costs, confiscation, return, or disposal
of goods caused by customs authorities at the
destination country.

No Refund Policy
All sales are strictly final and non-refundable
under any circumstances, including but not limited
to customs clearance issues, import restrictions,
or rejection by customs authorities at the
destination country.

Shipping Method
All orders are shipped from Busan, South Korea by tracked express
courier - EMS or DHL Express, selected by destination and parcel.
Estimated delivery time: 7-21 business days
depending on destination.
Shipping is calculated by package weight and shown
at checkout. United States, United Kingdom and
Australia ship by EMS (small parcels from about
US$41-46). Orders above 20 kg to these three
countries cannot be completed online - please
contact us for a quote.

Payment
We accept Bank Wire Transfer (T/T) and card payment at checkout. Card
payment is processed through PayPal - no PayPal account is needed.
